I wanted this for camping as the contents of my first aid kit had expired. This was packed and purchased in October and contained an item that expires in July 2021(9 months time). I also lacked items that I think are essential for the outdoors like instant ice. I have added several items to the kit to suit my needs. It is a good basic kit but be prepared to spend a bit more adding to it
